SHIPPING POLICY @ FILAMINT

At FILAMINT, we aim to deliver your 3D printing filament and supplies quickly and safely. This policy outlines our shipping terms in line with the Australian Consumer Law (ACL).

🚚 Processing & Dispatch

  • Orders are processed WITHIN 1 TO 2 BUSINESS DAYS (Monday–Friday, excluding public holidays).

  • Once shipped, you’ll receive a TRACKING NUMBER via email.

  • Please check all delivery details before confirming your order — we can’t refund or replace items sent to an incorrect address provided by you.

 

📦 Delivery & Timeframes

We ship from BRISBANE QLD using AUSTRALIA POST.

  • STANDARD POST = 2-8 business days.

  • EXPRESS POST = 1-4 business days

  • If something happens to your parcel on the way, we’ll make it right with a replacement or refund, free of charge. as these are your rights under the Australian Consumer Law. (Please provide photos of delivery so i may follow up with Australia Post.)

  • PLEASE CHECK ALL DELIVERY DETAILS BEFORE CONFIRING YOUR ORDER - WE CAN'T REFUND OR REPLACE ITEMS SENT TO AN INCOREECT ADDRESS PROVIDED BY YOU.

Delivery times are estimates and may vary due to courier delays, weather, or public holidays.
